WILLIAM GRADY, GENERAL MANAGER
Meet Grady, our new General Manager! William Grady's passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry started as a child, working alongside his mother at their family restaurant. From there, he inherited the love for serving good food and drinks and providing the community with excellent customer service. Grady comes to the Big Tree Inn with over 20 years of experience, working and managing highly respectable establishments in South Florida including; Flannigan’s, CABO Flats, Boston’s and the 50 Oceans Restaurant.
At the Big Tree Inn, Grady is responsible for day to day operations and management of the entire property. With his experience combined with his attention to detail, Grady is continuously improving guest satisfaction and community expectation.
j. ZAN MAULER, executive CHEF
J. Zan Mauler is originally from Tuscon, Arizona, but has spent the last five years in New York. He has been in the Food Service Industry for more than 40 years and has been an Executive Chef for over 30 of them. At the Big Tree Inn, Zan is responsible for all culinary operations, as well as menu conception, implementation, purchasing, recipe writing, and much more.
There's a chance you may have seen Zan before. He has appeared twice on the Food TV Network, as well as the PBS series "Great Chefs of Philadelphia."
ALLISON MASSEY, EVENT PLANNER
Allison graduated from SUNY Brockport in 2015, with a Bachelor's degree in recreation and leisure. She fell in love with event planning while in college. She started off planning fun, small events for the school. Allison has been planning all kinds of amazing events for five years, and truly loves what she does. She enjoys meeting new people and planning their special days. Allison's goal for all clients is to take away all their stress for them to enjoy every moment of their special day.
